Thank You to all that joined us over the 2007 Season!! We very much look forward to serving you all again in the 2008 Season! 
Just a quick post here with some pics for ya from the past week of fishing… Thanks to all that joined us fishing over the past week… great fishing and great company made for some memorable days to end our 2007 Season. Thanks Again!

… A Man’s Best Friend and Companion. 
Our Family Member, Friend and Companion of many years, “Katie”
Christmas this year was just “So, So” rather than “Ho, Ho” as our 16 yr old Lab / Shepard mix “Katie” took a bad turn just before the Holiday.
We had to put Katie down on December 26th, 2007.
Putting Katie down was probably one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to do or been through as I held her in my lap and watched her slip away as our vet gave her the shot to put all her pain at ease. Katie lived a great life and was extremely happy! As she got older she developed a bad case of arthritis in her hips and legs and the medicine we gave her daily to help ease her aches and pains was tough on her liver… during her last few days she could barely walk and had blood in her urine. Now she’s at peace and no longer in pain and hopefully running around Heaven with her old buddy and my other family member, friend and companion, “Jake” (Golden Retreiver I had till’ he was 16 yrs old)
She will be missed!

After two weeks off from guiding… one not planned, from the flooding that hit us the 1st week of Dec and the next planned, to work on our Log Home’s roof ( “Koenig Family Log Blog” ) to get it ready for metal… it was nice to get back out on the water doing what I love!!!

Saturday we were joined by long time friend and regular John and one of the many group of friends he’s brought along fishing with us… Boated 5 dandy Hatchery Winter-run Steelhead and a couple of nice Silvers as well. Way to go guys!! Had a great time as always and look forward to seeing ya again this coming Thur. John!!

Sunday we were joined by Jay and his brother Sean for a great day of Skagit River fishing, limiting out on both Hathchery Steelhead and Silvers… Way to go guys!! … HAD A BLAST!
